My DXL Layout columns work through the local desktop client, however when I log onto web access and try to access the same view, I get a bunch of errors because it does not recognize any of the include files...has anyone ran into this problem?

Your Layout DXLs are probably executed by the DWA interoperation server (a DOORS client installed with DWA). Has this server where this interoperation server is running access to the include files?

Yes, the interoperation server is installed on the same server as my database server and license server. When I run the client from the same machine, it runs fine. Even running the client from another machine on the same network it runs fine. Only when I try web access it gives me a bunch of errors.
Supposedly fixed in 1.4.0.3 but I have verified yet....
